When it comes to operation, technology helps us to constantly keep updating our information. Regarding growth, technology helps us attract more people and improve their user experience. The design and functionality of our website are focused on ease of use. It has elements such as search filters, comprehensive community profiles, and a blog full of information.

SBS – How do you approach partnerships with senior living communities and other stakeholders in the industry?
Stephan – Our approach to partnerships focuses on teamwork and mutual benefit.
Collaborating with senior living communities, we pay attention to their unique services, strengths, and difficulties to correctly describe them in our extensive list.
Aside from senior living communities, we work with many industry participants, like providers of financial services and job platforms such as ZipRecruiter. These, too, are crucial for giving a complete service to our users.
