Nance L. Schick is a seasoned employment lawyer and mediator based in New York City. In her practice, she specializes in resolving workplace disputes before they escalate to court.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education (Sport Administration) from the University of Louisville and a Juris Doctor from the State University of New York University at Buffalo, where she also earned certificates in Government Law.

At UPS, she received world-class management training, and it sparked her interest in employment law. Before law school, she also worked in the front offices of three minor league professional sports franchises, which taught her that even the elite share common human needs.

After embarking on her legal education, Nance represented minor league hockey players in contract negotiations, and she continues to support various professionals in the sports and entertainment industries.
